The artwork 'Freedom at Sunrise' by Sharina Gumbs was awarded the honour to be used for the branding of Aruba Art Fair (AAF) 2018

On the 20th of may 2013, Aruban newspaper 'Amigoe' published an article about two exhibitions of Sharina Gumbs in Sweden and in Italy.
In Sweden Sharina exhibited during the Eurovision Songfestival from may 4th until june 4th 2013.
She was also fortunate enough to represent Aruba in the first edition of the Chianti Star Festival in Florence, Italy. This international event focused on the link between science, social-cultural aspects & art. Sharina's colorful artwork is very much inspired by social and cultural aspects such as identity and relationships between people.
These two exhibitions marked the beginning of her international career as an artist.
